What is ‘In Person’ Personal Training?

In Person personal training is a face to face training session. This can be weekly or fortnightly and involves a qualified trainer taking you through a workout, specifically designed for you.

You will be taught how to perform exercises safely and effectively, whilst also giving you the knowledge and confidence to work out on your own and within any gym environment.

What’s included?

  • In Person training session: these are delivered weekly or fortnightly. Sessions are 60 minutes long and will be held at Horfield Leisure Centre in Bristol.
  • Personalised exercise programs: these are tailor made programs for in the gym, at home, on the go and anywhere in the world. All delivered via app-based software (Train Heroic) and all designed and tailored to suit your individual goals and needs.
  • Nutritional guidance: specific nutritional advice and information based on your goals, food preferences and dietary requirements.

Tom is great and very patient and supportive. As one of his more mature clients I can tell that although he pushes me, he also takes the time to adjust the schedule so that it reflects my needs and ability.
