What is Online Coaching?

Online Coaching is a remote form of personal training. It can help you anywhere, at any time. Coaching is delivered through app-based software and supported via WhatsApp, text and email.

It has many of the benefits of In Person sessions without the need to be in the gym, the same area or even country.

What’s included?

  • Personalised exercise programs: tailor-made programs for in the gym, at home, on the go and anywhere in the world. All delivered via app-based software (Train Heroic) and all designed and tailored to suit your individual goals and needs.
  • Email & telephone support: weekly support via email and text to give you the help, advice, and guidance you need to achieve your goals.
  • Video content: access to a full video library of exercises, stretches and foam rolling tutorials, to give you the knowledge and confidence in your training.
  • Nutritional guidance: specific nutritional advice and information based on your goals, food preferences and dietary requirements.
