I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and a personal trainer for 8 of them. My love for fitness started when I joined my first gym when I was around 15 years old and I’ve never looked back.
For a very long time Elite Performance Training has been my passion, and an ever-growing vision to help everyone, of every age, enjoy all aspects of life.
I believe in a balanced approach to diet and training, making sure you are fit, strong and healthy and equipped to live a long life of physical freedom.
Movement is very important and building on basic fundamental exercises is paramount to creating strong humans that move fluidly. Once you are able to move well and effectively, we progress to loading your body in a smart way to suit your goals and needs.
My own journey through fitness has changed my psychology and thinking around exercise. I’ve learnt to value my mind, body and health and discovered just how incredible it is.
In 2016 I tore several ligaments in my back whilst training. This led to almost two years of recovery and a complete shift in what’s important and exactly how training and recovery should complement one another.
Along with this came the reality of what a well-balanced training programme should be and just how important it is to be smart about your exercise.
My mission now as a coach is purely to help people realise their full potential and show them just how incredible they are and what amazing things they can achieve.
