From In Person Training for individuals and groups looking for face to face guidance, to Online Coaching offering the same high level of service, without the limitations of location. Whichever suits you best, we guarantee an incredibly high level of service and results, backed up by 10 years personal training experience within the fitness industry.

In person personal training

In Person Personal Training is a face to face training session. This can be weekly or fortnightly and involves a qualified trainer taking you through a workout, specifically designed for you.

Online Coaching

Online Coaching is a remote form of personal training. It can help you anywhere, at any time. Coaching is delivered through app-based software and supported via WhatsApp, text and email.

About Tom

I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and a personal trainer for 8 of them. My love for fitness started when I joined my first gym when I was around 15 years old, and I’ve never looked back. For a very long time Elite Performance Training has been my passion, and an ever-growing vision to help everyone, of every age, enjoy all aspects of life.

Tom is one of life’s great encouragers. Always believing you can do it, even when you think it’s not possible. He’s fantastic to work with and I would today recommend him.
